Copyright Terms and Rules

1. Ownership and Copyright: The digital artworks available for purchase on our website are the intellectual property of www.Shoperaba.store and are protected by copyright laws. Upon purchase, the client obtains ownership of the physical medium of the artwork (i.e., the digital file) but does not acquire the copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the artwork.
2. Usage Rights: The purchase of any digital artwork from www.Shoperaba.store grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This means the client can display the artwork in their personal or private space but cannot use it for commercial gain.
3. Prohibitions: The client may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, rent, lease, or license the artwork to others.
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the artwork, except for personal, non-commercial use.
• Create derivative works based on the artwork.
• Use the artwork in any manner that is considered commercial, promotional, or in a way that generates revenue.

Copyright Infringement: Any unauthorized use of the artwork, including but not limited to reproduction, resale, modification, or distribution, is expressly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement. www.Shoperaba.store reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its intellectual property rights.
2. Termination of License: The license granted to the client may be terminated by www.Shoperaba.store if the client fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the client must immediately cease all use of the artwork and destroy any copies made.
3. Acknowledgment of Terms: By purchasing digital artwork from www.Shoperaba.store the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The client also agrees that the purchase is for the license to use the artwork as described above and does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
